When this was critiqued in class on Monday, my professor
suggested that Mery not be pushed off screen; because it’s missing the
potential of seeing Mery’s perspection/reaction. So if Mery were to leave
offscreen, it should be on her own account, not Malcolm; give her the power,
not him.

I personally really like the gag at the end; but there’s
something about what my professor said that makes me feel like I do need to
change the ending… I guess this is good practice not to get too attached to
your work. Hopefully, I’ll make efficient animation choices and be able to
submit by the deadline. One week left…. *shivers* wish me luck
